📌 Important Policies to Know

While all terms and conditions are outlined in your agreement, you will sign when accepting your quote- these are the most important things to keep in mind:

Your event is only confirmed AFTER we receive a pO

If we don’t receive your PO within 3 business days of your signed agreement, the event will be void and removed from our calendar.

We book on a first come, first served basis 

Due to the volume of schools and organizations we serve, early booking is the best way to secure your date.

CHanges must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance

We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes, but late adjustments are not guaranteed.

Need to reschedule?

We will do our best to accommodate any date changes, If we’re unavailable on your new date, we can often install your decor up to 2 days early for indoor events.

Balloon decor can stay up to 3 weeks 

You may keep indoor balloon decor (excluding wall installs, marquee letters/numbers, or rental inventory) for up to 3 weeks. Please notify us in advance so we can schedule accordingly.


1 day rental

Items labeled as "1 day rentals" must be delivered and picked up in the same day. Need to keep them longer? No problem- but additional fees will apply.  

📌 Important Fees to Know

Delivery & pick up fees:

There is a flat rate of $150 for delivery and $150 for pickup.
Pickup fees are waived for helium-only deliveries or installs attached to your own backdrops or structures.

Service fee: 

A 21.9% service & installation fee applies to all orders.
Congestion zone fee may apply to schools in the congestion zone
